A small handful of select mods.
I can check with Brian at Groove. He is on the COTTORA forum and has everything to set up gears in his garage. His only deal to my knowledge to keep costs down is you remove the diffs or supply extra diffs for him to set up. Everyone I know that has gone to him has had no issues after swap.

They used a plasma to cut my ARB. Effortless!

Chris: Do you have a tube bender capable of 1.5 and 1.75 DOM tubing?

Oh so they were purchased sliders that just didn't have the pegs welded on.
I thought he built them from scratch.

Ok guys I spoke with Colorado Axle and Gear: $1,700 Front and Rear gear swap - any ratio. He is also wiling to offer a discount up to a couple hundred dollars each if we can get a group interested. He uses Yukon Gears and Toyota bearing replacements.
Let me know your interest. I need to find some money now.

Then that is when we will do it. I need a couple months to save the money. Lets look at September gear changes.

He was trying to talk me into 5.29's. Said he just did a tacoma not to long ago with them and the owner loves it. 6" lift with 35's.
I was thinking 4.56 but might go to 4.88 and might go the extra stretch of 5.29. I need to do some research.
