The UCA is relatively lightly loaded, so driving it back to the dealer should be safe... IF this is the only mistake the dealer made.

Interesting, the dealer installed the bolt pointing rearward. Most people re-install the bolt pointing forward because there's less interference with the inner fender that way.

Is the splash guard missing or did you remove it for the photo?

You should take it to the dealership and demand a loaner vehicle (for free of course) until they fix their mistake. I doubt they have bushings like that just laying around.

They used new bolts, so that's why it's installed normally I guess. The splash guard is there just can't see it in the photo

Yeah, I'm not sure what they can say especially since I gave them the UCA's with the bushings already assembled, they can't claim they didn't have all the parts and were too dumb to notice.....I'm sure they'll come up with something.

So got a call from the service manager early this morning saying that the tech was 99% sure the bushing was there when he installed, went to Toyota and showed him and pointed out the amount of threads showing on the passanger side compared to the drivers side. He just said, where the fuck did it go and was pissed, their looking at it now and hopefully will make it right.

GOOD! ask for a free oil change to cover the cost of gas and the pain to going to the dealership twice

    A few bolts are different.
 Sorry this happened to you dude. If the place where you got them installed lost the bushing make sure the new one is on their dollar.

Also give'em a middle finger on the way out.
