    Just FYI

This is the INCORRECT way to mount your bumper. The brace plate that extends over the crumple zone should go in front of the bumper plate mount....... Mistakes happen to the best of use. Just hope I can stop anybody else from making this mistake.

Yep, happy to help get that figured out for you, and remember if anyone orders one of my products and has questions about installation or anything else with it, just shoot me a PM, email, or call me at the number listed at the top of my vendor forum. I'm going to be including full instructions with all my products soon too, so that should clear up any possible confusion in the future as well.

Most people, when deployed, count down the days 'till they go home; I'm counting down the days until I get to see this monster on my truck...Is that bad?

For all wondering.. Got mine mounted Sunday... Got my winch mounted yesterday.. Gonna have to redo my spacing on my bottom bolts.. I got too much on my passenger side..

This is a picture using just the factory bolts.. Worked great but a little tight on my driver side.. now its better on my driver side but too much of a gap on my passenger side..

I assumed the bolts sent with the shit ton of washers were for the bottom bolt so i used it to space up or down where needed.. I had it mounted directly but then the driver side was too tight so i used 2 washers on each side and now the passenger side is a little too gaped. So i might just take one out of the passenger side and see what it looks like.. Either that or both..

It's so easy i didn't mind taking the whole thing off just to put my winch on! LOL!! The front plastic bumper has this neat little clip system.. You don't have to take off the flares.. Just kind of push in a little lift and give it a good tug after you take out the 4 total screws that hold the plastic bumper on and the few clips it will pop right off!

Then unscrew the 6 nuts on the aluminum bumper.. (Its also glued to the frame) so after you take those out get a flat head to wedge it apart then take a crow bar and pry it off a little.. Be kind of gentle though.. You'll need to save the bolts.. Then put your new bumper on..

Tighten the bottom bolts first with out spacers about 85% (till the bumper is at least touching the frame) the tighten down the top 6 nuts about 90%. Check spacing and gap.. Make sure it is how you like it and level..If it is where you want it and perfect already, tighten them all back down and enjoy. If not then just barely loosen the top six and take off the bottom 2 and add your washers. Remember those little washers make a BIG difference so if you need a bigger gap then start with 2 and work your way up.

Also be safe about it. Put a washer between the bolt head and bumper and between the frame and nut. Doing this disperses the load evenly on a larger radius rather than just the size of the nut. If you need to space it down a little then put the washer between the bumper and the frame.

Then just double check your bolts and nuts...

For reference if my memory serves correctly..

Bottom factory bolt uses a 17mm and the factory nuts are 14mm. To save a little time use a deep well on the 14mm..

I think Eric provides either a 5/8's" Nut and bolt or a 3/4" nut and bolt..

I know this is a lot and i hope it is kind of useful.. Enjoy.. Maybe i'll do a writeup when doing my Relentless Rear HC..

Looks great Kyle! Make sure and adjust the bumper with those washers to keep about a 5/8" gap with the fender to prevent contact.
If you could send me a couple pics of what the frame looks like behind the stock bumper, I could let you know. I'd imagine it would fit, but would like to be sure before giving a definite answer.

Yessir, responded. Sorry for the delay, havent had much time to be on my computer over the last few days.
