I understood the requirements to be laziness and alcoholic. The low IQ requirement doesn't surprise me though... :D

The low IQ is not a requirement, it just helps. The requirements are as follows...

    1) Near alcoholic drinking levels
    2) An irrational hatred for texas and texans. You must make fun of them whenever you get the opportunity
    3) Pledge your allegiance to the Carolinas
    4) Be extremely lazy and unmotivated at all times
    5) Try to make it to the Carolina Meets whenever we have them.

If you can meet all those criteria then you're in.

TcBob, i'm hurt that you would say that a low IQ is required for the Alliance. I feel so betrayed....

I know that if there is one thing that drives me nuts about Texans, is their inability to park. Some people actually consider parking on the lines parking. I live in an apartment complex in Lubbock, Texas and parking is slim pickin's. I'll have to take some pictures for some humor.

You should see the transplants from Texas try to drive in the snow here! It's either 5mph in 1" or for the people with 4x4 it's 70 mph in 1 ' . I guess they don't know four wheel drive doesn't mean four wheel stop.

I know exactly what you mean. We don't get that much snow here, but we sure as heck get ice which is much worse in my opinion. Last year when we had our "winter storm" Lubbock had a record amount of 200+ collisions in a given day. That alone says something. Haha.

I actually went on a pretty long rant about this a long time ago in some random thread. PARKING ON THE LINE DOES NOT MEAN YOU'RE IN YOU SPOT!!! If the body of your vehicle is hanging over into another spot thats double parking! I'm not gonna get started on this again cause i'll get out of hand but i fully agree with you

Lubbock is actually one of the better areas of the state for winter driving skills. I remember an ice storm in San Antonio that only put about a quarter inch of ice on bridges. They shut down every freeway in the city!
