I'll be leaving at 9:00AM, ETA to the border 10:45AM, or earlier to the meeting place. I usually put gas at the Chevron Gas station off Palm st on the 805 South, like 3 exits before the border.

Nice place? Do they exist here? Try Hotel CA about 3 miles outside the main drag (at least one team is staying there) - (011 52) 612-145-0525. Also just saw Quintas Papagayo a bit South of Hotel CA which is huge - 646-174-4575. Also, El Cid in the middle of town, I think there's a Best Western there, and a number of racers are staying at the Horsepower Ranch almost an hour away (530-830-2252)... San Nicolas is sold out.

BTW, what I said earlier about me being that guy that would make a jackass outta himself at Paris? Just saw what you were talking about, and NO, that would NOT be me. Daaaaaaaamn!!!! heheheheh

All the "decent" places in/near the city are sold out. I figured I'd book a room at Hacienda Bajamar about a half hour north of Ensenada and have a little romantic getaway with the girlfriend since I'm dragging her down to the race.

Define decent. San nicolas, santa Isabel, hotel corona, villamarina, hotel cortez, hotel las palmas, Travelodge, hotel coral & marina and many more I would call "nice", and yeah, they exist there.

 

Probably outside the city, going to ojos negros.

 

Since you're staying in town, do you want to cruise together there tomorrow morning?

 

Sure. After that I'm thinking going south by the coast to catch them on their way back if anybody Is interested

 

where the fuck were you guys? hahahah i thought you guys were sticking with manny? we were at ojos negros right before the creek. After that we left ojos went back towards ensenada for 5 minutes and stopped at mile 36 to watch em head back to town.
