what's most sensible lift for someone doing all ON-road driving?

If one we're doing all highway driving in weather that was good all year round like it is here in Northwest Florida, what would you recommend for a lift of no more than 2"?

Yep. Set them at 1.75 so you can still align it correctly without UCAs.

Eibach coils and 5100's up front and an AAL for the back (if you need it depending on if you want to be level or still raked).

I disagree. On road vs off road is not the only factor. Try carrying anything in the bed with non-tsb leafs. If out of warranty, AAL is the perfect solution along with the 5100's to level it which is exactly what I did. You don't need UCA's unless you go 3" or higher.

 

I also disagree (well kinda). Before my OME lift my truck leaned through the corners and hauling stuff really sagged the rear. Now my truck rides like a brick but holds through the corners like a car would. And with the aal the rear doesn't sag.

 

The OP did not mention hauling or towing anything. He wanted an on-road lift.

And as stated, the 5100/AAL combo is perfect. So, clearly, saying "No lift" when he says he wants a lift doesn't answer his question.

 

Technically he's already got a lift. Considering he's 100% on road and he could do that in a car
