ok so here it is, i am currently still deployed but my wife keeps complaining about some sort of water leak from under the dash on the passenger side of my 03, i have told her repeatedly that i think its just condesation from the ac seeing as we live in Louisiana and the currents temps are high 90s, that is my diagnoses. BUT she thinks im wrong so here i am asking what else could it be oh and btw it hasnt rained a drop since the leak has started

Sounds like the Evaporator Core drain is clogged. There was a thread about that a while ago...

I second that. Happened on my 2003. I ended up stripping the insulation off of some 14awg solid wire and ran it up the drain. Quite a bit of water came pouring out

What ^^ he said. I shoved a plastic zip tie in the tube of mine to make sure it wasn't pluged. I would think that the a/c would stink if it were pluged.

could also be i leak around the windshield.

not a tacoma but on our 97 camry the windshield leaked and every time it rained the water would run into the pass floor board and would just be a giant puddle of water sitting there.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
There should be a rubber hose sticking out of the firewall in the engine compartment on the passenger side.

With the a/c running have her check there SHOULD be water coming out this hose onto the road below; if not the hose is plugged (with dirt and God knows what else) and filling up the plenum inside the cab and leaking out the two halfs onto the floor.

When I cleaned mine ALOT of water came out when I took the cover off inside the cab and cleaned it all out. Have a pail ready.
