Ok so I searched and found 2 threads, but not too much help. I'm wanting to mount a flag in the bed of the Tacoma, towards the back of the bed. Not too sure on how to do it  I also need to it hold up to highway speeds, ~65. Anyone got any ideas? I was thinking something along the lines of those flexible poles that you put those small flags on when you go to the sand dunes?

Yeah I did, seems a little unstable only being hooked in at the bottom though. Plus I wanted something in the rear, off to the side. I was wondering some how if I could use the tie down cleats. I want it to be easily removeable also.

Thats pretty cool but I'm not looking for a hitch mount, and I'd prefer not to buy something off the net. Thanks though!
