    If it were 2 bucks here I probably would not have quit either. I remember once when we were in Washington DC I asked for two and the clerk said 4.50 and I said no I want two of them and he said yeah that is two. Couldnt believe it. Tax up here bites but I guess it helped me quit.

    I have to admit there is nothing like a pinch of cope between the cheek and gum after a hard fought game and you are just sitting in the dressing room relaxing. Ahh good times.

    Yeah 22 bucks eh. I quit in December and I think then it was just over 18 so it gets up fast. I could not believe how cheap it is down in the states. I shouldnt complain it helped me quit so there you go. Well at least quit for now.

    anyone on here tried the crushed tea leaves as a substitute for tobacco? a friend of mine had it the other night and i tried it...its not bad...more messy and doesnt stay packed but he said it gets rid of the oral fixation/need...without the effects of tobacco?
