Can I add a 1/4" spacer to correct my lean even if I already have a spacer?

Probably a dumb question but currently have 884's with top plate spacer. Can I add the 1/4" spacer on the driver's side to correct the lean? Would it go right on top of the other one? Thanks.

 

You should be able to add the trimmer pack by OME. I dont think its quite 1/4" of a spacer. Look it up.

 

Problem is I don't have OME shocks. The toytec site says they only work with OME shocks.

 

Ah okay I didnt know that. But adding another 1/4" spacer sounds shady. I'm sure someone will chime in.

 

Yeah dosent sound too good. Like W W said, if younhad the OME shocks, you could add the trim packer. It goes between the lower spring perch and the so ring. It will correct the lean a little

 

Ok...sounds like there may not be a solution. Oh well, it really doesn't bother me, I just didn't know if that would work or not. It's barely noticable.

 

You'll get over it. It bothered me to after I installed my lift but I could care less now.

 

How big is the spacer on right now?

 

about 3/4".

 

Is the lean a result of the lift I got or did it come off the line that way? I don't remember noticing it when I first bought it, but that doesn't mean it wasn't there.

 

The 884's are not setup like the stock coils where the driver side is stiffer than the passenger side. I have 885's on my DCLB and the only way I could correct the lean is by putting the toytec 1/2 inch spacer on the driver side and 1/4 inch on the passenger side to help even it out yet give lift.
