Any word on the bike? Hopefully you either already had it recovered or you had insurance? That just sucks all the way around, man. Sorry to hear the bad news.

Got any recommendations of faster trails? Maybe a 4 peaks run instead?

The trail sounds fun. Not sure if there's going to be any trouble spots for 2wd or not. 4 peaks is ok but it would take just about as long when you take into account the highway drive time and whatnot. I'm up for a challenging trail.

I'm down for whatever you guys choose.. something that has a mix would be cool. I'm not running any LT. Just a lift and 4wheel drive. So I can try and keep up with you pre-runners. the buddies im bringing are crawlers too. I mean we can all keep up. To a point ya know.

Roger that. I prefer to crawl since I carry so much extra weight on the truck, but I can get up to some good speeds where the trails allow. I carry plenty of recovery gear plus I have the new winch I would like to try out sometime, too. Hopefully we won't need to.

I'm such a wuss sometimes with my truck because it's my daily driver and I commute 80 miles a day. But, I'm looking to stretch her legs out on this trip.

I mean we are going to start the trail from the Superior side, and work back east. It should be pretty interesting. My truck is my daily too, and I don't have a skid plate. Maybe my thread title is a little misleading :/
