    Loving my pre runner. Why spend money for a 4x4, which I'll never use. Also the extra weight from a 4x4 gets less mpg. I'm happy with my street queen. I see so many tahoes, titans, rams that are lifted 4x2's and they look awesome.

    I've got the bench seat. Its a 2010. They started putting bench seats in them in 2009 I think is when they changed it. Im wanting to get buckets and a console to put in it.

    I've been wanting what they don't make any more for sometime (reg cab, 5 speed, prerunner with buckets/console) Had given up & then came accross this little jewel online at a dealership. They got it on a Friday, I saw it online Sunday when dealership closed & was there checkin it out Monday right after they said they still had it. They gave me enough for my trade to jump on it. Went home in old one Monday so they could prep the 08 and had time to play chopshop on the 05 and get all my goodies and upgrades off except lift/wheels/tires...which is part of what I wanted to get away from. This one is staying milder than the other one. Cheaper tires, better gas mileage, newer, blah blah blah. Got cruise, WTs, WOs, GROM usb adapter, bed mat, light bar, trd skid, trd tow hook, popnlock, gatekeeper, fogs, oem fog switches & wiring harnesses & vent guards even tho they don't fit. Have added lo mileage TRD Bilstein rear shocks and fixin to put on TRD lo mileage fronts. Had set for 05 but did 5100s on it. Also have Toytec taco lean spacers for both sides for that 1/2" lift up front. That's about where it's gonna stay except for finishing my tint & gettin reg cab vent guards. Next tire set will get bumped to 265/70/16s from 245/75/16s that are on it now.

    Yeah all I've got don't to mine is Cobra CB radio, 15% tint, Dick Cepek 16x8 DC-2 wheels, GoodYear Wrangler 245/75/16, UWS low profile tool box, Reese hitch, and Grillcraft grill. Mines is a 2010 SR5 5speed 37,000 miles, and I love it.

    Looks good. The reg cab threads here got me wantin one more than I already did. Lovin this one so far as well, oops, forgot, I have a URD short shifter kit for it that never went on the 05. Chalk 1 up for procrastination I suppose. Also nabbed the oem spare tire lock off the 05. I do kinda miss the rec hitch even tho I hardly used it. Guess I'll have to just put the shackle thru the middle bumper hole or use frame for recovery point...if it ever sees any of that action:D


    Was wiggin on this one until seein the 08 I got. It had bench and is base model instead of SR5 but it sure looks nice. Low mileage and a bit out of range of what I had to spend...........
