I think he means that if the game 1 was called tighter, the players on both teams would not be committing stupid penalties and pushing the boundaries when it comes to given hits. Atleast that i what i think he means

 

there was 28 minutes in penalties in game 1, almost half the game was powerplays, not sure how it could be called any tighter. what did bergeron expect to happen when he stuck his fingers in burrows' mouth? (rhetorical question)

There's enough interest in Winnipeg to add another team. Give the 8,000 on the waiting list for the Jets, that might be more season tickets than Florida has!
