    This right here is your best bet for $50. It is called a SoundRacer. You plug it in to your cigarette lighter, tune your radio in to the correct frequency and crank your stereo. It plays a V8 or V10 engine sound thru your stereo which mimics your vechiles RPM's. Genious!
