    it could very well he considered a bomb... Being a server for a local italian place and other established chains i would recomend the italian place for the more lax enviro and the ability to customize dishes

    You can interview at Ruby's and then go to the Italian joint to see if you like it. Ruby's is probably a pretty boring kitchen job though. Corporate stuff to deal with.
