    nah....didnt kill it. i let it go in the woods behind the house. i had just finished cutting grass, and he was hangin out. not sure of kind....either a corn snake, or an eastern hognose. thought it was a copperhead....but he had a white belly/black top of head, and played dead for a bit. not agressive at all.

    :D:D:D I don't kill them either. If I encounter a rattlesnake though..... I'm not sure what I will do... But generally I just get the broom an sweep them out of the house if they come in. Had your grass gotten too tall? I keep mine pretty short to keep all the country critters away.

    yeah....bout the only ones i will kill are for sure copperheads and water moccasins.....but we rarely have any cause we have so many rat snakes and black snakes...they eat them all.
