    Hey guys,

After much reading on here I'm leaning towards getting 285s for my next set. The ones I like are the BFG T/A Kos, 285/70/17.

All I have for lift is Billies @ 1.75 and TSB rear. I know the 285s will cause me to:
    - Get more lift eventually (thinkin Eibach with billies @ 0.85+AAL, $250)
    - Wheel spacers (spidertrax, $200)
    - UCAs ($450)
    - Regear (in a perfect world :D)

Since so many things come along with moving up to 285s (Doubling $ for tire upgrade)....cost cutting is nice, so keeping the rims makes it easier.

Plus I kinda like the alloys...kinda tired of the generic black rim look.
I LOVE THE ANTHRASITE FJ WHEELS! But too expensive...maybe I can powdercoat these to match those :p and then get the matching TRD center caps. Hm...

Anywho, can I see some 285s on the 17s? Any opinions on those who kept/changed wheels?

    Thanks!

I didnt realize the 285s require that much being that 265s fit stock. Im getting the TSB done next week and probably Billies at 2.25. 285s still wont fit with this?

Nice! The tires don't look too big I guess cause of the larger rim. I'm debating leaving the white letters out, i think its cool...but I do have Mag Grey...

You needed wheel spacers for no rub right? I want a spindle lift!

4" camburg spindles and 3" all pro leaf pack in the back. I haven't done any trimming and I only rub at full lock turn just a bit on the fender.
