I was the original designer of that decal. It's the last time I ever authorize the use of a design without a contract...

Edit: Sorry, was mistaken. Summer 2008 was when that came to fruition.

2008-2011 and starting to fade isn't too bad...but my factory hasn't faded since 2006...lot to think about

It doesn't matter really. I'm just a little sour about how many are out there now and not having a specific agreement with Sock on the design. It was my stupid decision to allow him to use it freely...

Government vehicles are exempt haha. It's whack, but like I said most cops won't write a ticket for it. I say most because my roommate got a ticket for his exhaust being too loud which is the same I have. Pretty effed.

My buddy here in CO does tint, and whenever he gets pulled over for his being too dark he challenges the cop telling them theirs is illegal as well and has always gotten out of it. So I don't believe that they are exempt.

I might go ahead and hack the tip off my TRD exhaust this weekend to dump it behind the axle.

I would say because a cop would rather not go through the hassle in court. But talking with my professor who is a sargent did say they are exempt from those types of mods.
