Marchant gave Daniel Sedin the low bridge treatment , don't try to tell me he was worried about getting " rubbed out " by him , give me a break .

Marchant is a skilled player , no doubt , and as I haven't seen him play a ton I must admit he impressed me with some of his moves and has scored a couple nice goals , but holy fuck , get a grip , he plays like a douche most of the time , slew footing Ballard and clipping Daniel , and the hand wash taunting ?

I thought you guys said only the Canucks players did that shit ?

Actually everyone does it. The Canucks are the only ones that keep the gloves on when they are called out.

Was at the game last night. The Canucks looked like they didn't even want to be there.

You expected the Sedins to fight ?

And I'm pretty sure the linesman wouldn't let Thomas and Burrows actually go .

your wrong as can be. he dodged a hit. I did it all the time. Where does it say stand there like a lump and get hit. What a stupid thing to say. A lot of guys used to close there eyes right before impact and thats when you simply get low and make a fool out of them. It's not a dive when someone is checking you and you side step and or dodge the impact. The entire point is ridiculous.

Incorrect. Both teams do. But Canucks more. For the record, I hate players on Boston too. Like Horton. This year when he got mad at Phaneuf for not wanting to fight him when TOR was winning bigtime, then chased him down and got mad because he would take his helmet off was a bitch move and I called him out for it ever since. Both teams do it

Total pussy move, he just clothes lined a guy and knows someone is going to try and paste him. Rather than go shoulder to shoulder and man up he does the pussy flop.

I'm not arguing the hit on lucic. Marchand knows that someone is going to go after him and being the smarter guy he goes down instead of taking the hit. What Marchand did was legal but if he was to throw his elbow up in his face he would of taken more penalty trouble.

Fuck that. How is it a pussy move? He was smarter and instead of taking out 1 guy he took out 2. It's impressive to me.

It's actually the correct term...and it was cheap...get over it everyone! Vancouver tried to play big and bad and got their asses handed to them but there's lots of hockey left (if the 'Nucks have any heart left:puke:)

Anyone notice he had the puck? Clotheslined a guy? he jumped back and made the guy miss.(and look silly) You clothesline a guy while carrying the puck and trying to score a goal? I think the guy got schooled like sedin did. he's no pussy. Crying about getting burned is a pussy move though.

    Uh

He closelined Erhoff in the corner , which was the first of his 3 minors called on the play .

He had the puck after he took it from Erhoff , and because he was in possesion of the puck the refs blew the whistle for the delayed penalty .

He then low bridged the apparently huge hitter Daniel Sedin , and dropped his mits to fight .

You watching the same game ?

I don't remember the play live exactly. When did the whistle blow? before or after he carried the puck into the corner? after he avoided the first hit ? or before Sedin came in?
