they always end up get a lot of junk built up in them

I have the Classics, Sprints, KSO's, KSO Trek Sports. To save you guys money, they all serve pretty much the same purpose, unless you do alot of running on cement, I would recommend the Trek sports or the Bikilas.

Im on my 3rd pair, I got the KSO treks and love them, only draw backs are you have to break your feet into them, wear them for an hour or two then switch back. I will say that my back and hips feel bettter after wearing them. The only major complaint I have is the fabric between the toes lets every little sharp blade of grass or twig in.

I Just did 1.5 mile in mine. First time running in them and they were great! Sure the balls of my feet hurt and calves were aching but I run on my toes in normal shoes so it wasn't too bad. I walked a ways after the run to stretch my calves back out and cool down and everything feels fine!

Ok so i got my first pair. after much debate and thinking they are the ugliest thing on the face of the earth i went ahead and got some. I got the flows and started running in them and wow. i still think they are ugly but i am very impressed at how comfortable they are and how weak my lower legs were. After the first run (about 2 miles) the tops of my feet and up the front of my shin was killing me any time i moved my foot. Took a couple of days to go away and now i feel great. I have been running about 3 miles every other day now for a week with them and its awesome. I am getting the usual tightness in my calves but i am totally sold on these things. I will probably get a pair of the KSO treks for hiking and wearing out and about.

Not the standard KSO the KSO Trek Multi-sport would be your best bet for trails and water. Similar to the KSO but the bottom is thicker. When you step on a rock with KSOs not so fun.

I just got the bilka ls's. They're more comfortable than any shoe I've ever worn. So far I've only lifted in them.

Ordered the Komodo Sports online after trying on a pair at the store. I had purchased a pair at the shoe store, did the mistake of trying them on with out socks, took them home, tried them on with socks= a little too snug. So I returned them, and ordered one size bigger online, cuz they didn't have the size I needed in the store.

This new pair fits great, now I just have to go try them out. :D

I love my VFF's just ran a 1.5 mile run in 11:23 which ended up being over 30 seconds quicker than when I ran it in sneakers. But there was alot more then just the shoes with those results.

I couldn't stomach wearing the Five Fingers. Glad New Balance came out with the Minimus line. I picked up a pair of the Trail 10's and they are pretty comfortable, and Vibram makes the soles.
