TRD coil lift on a 4cyl AC.

Yes I have searched but nothing came right up. My question is can I put used the OEM TRD OR coil and Blisten combo on the front of my 2011 4cyl access cab for a little lift and potentially an ARB bull bar? I was planning on going with OME but the TRD would be a lot cheaper.

I know there are more complicated and really nice setups out there but I want to keep the truck simple and reliable.

You're 4x4 right? The TRD stuff is the same ride height as the stock/SR5 stuff. Just progressive spring and different shock valving.

EDIT - since the TRD are all 6cyl, they might have a slightly higher spring rate too. You might gain half an inch.

I always thought it was just Toyota trying to market the truck to a larger market segment by making a "sport" and "OR" spring. Guess I was wrong.

 

Yes its 4X4. Thanks for th quick replies. I think I will hold on and go OME when the time comes. I dont have many miles on this truck <1000.

I know this has probably been said before but why in the hell are P rated tires on a Pickup, at least some wimpy C reated LTs would be appropriate.
