    Nope. It's got an E-brake that locks both wheels when pulled down.

    Does your trailer bounce up and down alot when pulling it down the road? When I brought mine home it was hopping up and down like a rabbit. I was traveling about 35 max.

    If anyone is looking to buy a trailer like this, look at govliquidation.com they have all kinds of old military stuff up for auction like ebay. You might be able to find some new tires for your trailer too.
