    . going to grab a coffee, then cut the excess fiberglass and put on the bondo. Sould have some more pics in an hour or so :thumbsup:

    Nope it's on the outside of the surround, that way I can flush up the inside with the bondo, using the fiberglass as a backer.

    I'd say I've put about an hour and half of work into it so far. Most of that was sanding the edge of the fiberglass so the grill will contour to it correctly,

    I'm definitely going to need at least 1, probably 2 more cycles of bondo/sanding to get it smooth enough to where you can't see the patch.

    Im going to try to use my grill craft, but it is not very pliable to hide any mistakes in the curvature of the fiberglass. :eek: How easy are your meshs to bend slightly?

    I already feel bad that I cancelled my homeroshi order so I feel compelled to buy some mesh from you :laugh: :eek:

    I pre cut & bend the mesh to fit the satoshi Mod. It is .063 thick aluminum. It's rigid, but still pliable too, so the end user can adjust if needed.;)

    Don't worry about it Keith! The Homeroshi is a decent $$$ Commitment.

    I've got M0, M3, & M4 in stock right now. Should have the M1 on Monday...
