Man that turned out nice. Ive been sanding on mine for two Saturdays now and I'm just now getting ready to apply the primer.

so you just put a bunch of trim paint tape on the good paint to protect it from sanding, bondo, etc? I like the TOYOTA small letters, looks stock!

Also, do you have side profile close ups of the "modded" N-Fabs? I'm on the fence about them because they install with such a long gap..

Yeah i should have taken a little longer to sand. I did the entire mod in just under 24 hours, including 8 hours of sleep. Looks okay but im sure yours will be better.
Thanks, the logo is from a 2003 Celica. And the tape was just there to protect the paint,

I can take a picture of the gap on the nfabs tomorrow for you.

I'm a little confused, how come the filling on the inside of the grille where you had to sand and paint it wasn't done before all of this? I thought you have to do that even with the grillecraft, or am I wrong?

Nope with the grillecraft you just chop out the crossbars and screw the grille in. Takes about 5 mins if you have a sawzall.

Ships on the 13th, I can't stand waiting. I always think shipping dates are actually the date of arrival for some reason.

So were you planning on doing all that bondo work for it then?

    Sell your brush guard yet?

Not yet.. I gotta get on that, I've been procrastinating somehow with volunteer work and chores. :(

I was somewhat planning on it, but I guess no one will see it now that I think about it

Yeah you dont need to do all that work for the just the grillcraft. The only thing i did was paint my radiator braces black....buuuuut since you already have a black truck you are set there.

Now you just need to find a logo to put on the grille.

I like that TOYOTA logo, but then again the Transformers one is pretty sweet. I do see them a lot though so it's not that unique
