5100s with 886s or eibachs???

    5100s @1.65 MB 352 wheels Debadged Cb radio Bhlm
    Not sure what to do. looking in to lifting my 2011 dc. I was thinking of 5100s all around with ome 886 coils up front, of course with the 5100s set at stock height. Is this a good combo? what about the 5100s with eibach coils? which would be better and give me a better ride quality?

    I think the 886 coils would be a rough ride since you don't have a aftermarket front bumper...but I could be wrong. The eibach coils would be best for you IMO.

    The eibachs will give you a much smoother ride than the 886s, especially since you dont have a bunch of extra weight up front.

    From what I've read on here some people say the 5100 shocks don't feel like they are tough enough to handle the 885 or 886 springs. If you go with the OME springs I'd say go with OME shocks.

    Also, from what I've read the 5100's and the OME coils aren't recommended for use together...don't know how true it is since I'm not lifted...people do it, but I hear it's not recommended. I think the consensus is go with the eibachs if you use the 5100's.
