What kind of sports car should i get?

Ok so im saving up to buy a nice sports car...like 80s 90s car....
Ive been thinking 89 porsche 944 but you know. Im looking for something under 3500 bucks. of course its going to be a while before i can save all this money up but now that you have what i can do maybe you can throw some ideas around. HELP ME OUT!

90's sport cars in the $3500 range would be miata's, mr2's, 300zx, rx-7.

I would go for the miata for pure driving pleasure.

 

Not into the miata, sorry. i like the rx-7 though. and thanks Blue but its gonna be a while before i get the money so you know.
