Meaty AT Tires?

    I have a set of wrangler MT w/ Kelvar 185/75/17 on my truck now, but since im going to be commuting for college soon i would like to find a nice set of meaty wide AT tires that wouldnt wear down as fast... any suggestions? What about MT tires that dont wear down fast?

    i can't speak for the hankooks, but the bfg's and the dura tracs are both a solid choice i love my dura tracs!!! they rock in the snow rain and people have been getting some really great millage out of them.

    Interco Boggers? They wear good :spy: lol but personally I like the duratracs, and the bfg a/t. You can get the retread bfg's from treadwright.... those hankook atms look good too though. I see why your choices are hard.

    I'll second on the Duratracs.
    They are actually rated as an all-terrain, though you'd think they are an M/T looking at them.
    They are rated for snow and ice and do well off-road also. They do wear a little faster than some others though.
