    im looking at double cab sub box on ebay and in the description it says to remove the bottom bolt bracket for the plastic storage bins behind the seats...i looked at them and they are rivited....how did you guys remove these brackets....????

    thanks for any help...

    Toytec ultimate lift kit, light racing UCAs, ARB bumper and full skid plates underneath. Looking into redoing the suspension and maybe repainting the ol' Taco.
    If you are talking about the car seat anchors, I cut them off.

    im talking about the brackets right below them...i popped one off and it left two small holes...i could see outside..

    i used some strong wire cutters, cut out the middle flat part and hammer them flat. if that makes sense

    ive read that about some pre-fabbed boxes. i had to remove mine, but i made that box. it wasnt hard if youve got the tools to do it. cheaper than buying a box im sure
