    well i have the lifetime alignment and the get me in spec everytime and i use them as a diagnostic for free and then fix the problem myself

    They have always done a good job on my alignments until yesterday. the numbers were OK, but the steering wheel came back crooked.

    I got the lifetime alignment a few years ago, so they will be getting it back after I tear apart and reinstall my front suspension. the wheel is annoying, but I will survive for a few weeks, it's not worth my going back right now.
