    :D

Since I was between you and Tony all day all I could smell was hot clutch!

Yes there will be another...when and where are yet to be determined. Give me a bit to recover from the planning frenzy of this one!

:humble: Glad you had a good time! I think I'm starting to get the hang of this planning stuff...its all a learning experience trying to figure out how to coordinate everything and everyone.

    Tundys would be welcome.

And we had some minor damage...Ben lost a mudflap, I have some new shiny spots on my rear diff, Kelly bounced his rear passenger tire off of a rock (how's that shimmy feeling now Kelly?), Jason added a few scratches to his skid plates...I think that's about it though! Not bad all things considered.

You're welcome! I surely don't regret getting Rich's advice and help, that all worked out better then I had hoped.

It sucked driving with that vibration for 6 hours...I still think I just need to clean all the mud off and out of the wheels and have them rebalanced. I'll make a quick stop to Les Schwab's later today and report back.

I've done this with the past meets...what was your favorite/best/funniest/most memorable moment of the trip and the least favorite? And you can't say 'everything'!

Worst...THE RAIN!! :annoyed: Really could have done without the morning monsoons.

Best...Aside from the fact that everyone showed up as promised...seeing Ben's mudflap flop out onto the trail and thinking 'I wonder if I should just ignore it, kick it into the trees, or tell him about it?'

Well, I second your worst...I'm getting tired of camping in the rain.

Best was either the sunset trail ride on Friday or just being able to hang out by the fire with good beer and good people.

Most anxious moment (elevated pucker factor), was realizing that I might lose my passenger side mirror again to a tree while being "assisted" by Tony.

...and funniest was egging on the 4-wheelers to cross the raging "creek" and the dirty looks that ensued!

Boy I would say everything was great!

I would have to second the hole waking up in the rain thing and not having any shelter to cook in on Saturday morning and having to go all day without really eating was a worst for me...But it was all worth it for that kick ass trail day!

So My worse moment was the Saturday stand in the rain and wait to go out...

Best point going up some of the steep rocky spots after we broke off from everyone else and continue following Rich.

I don't know how old Rich was but he kicked ass for an old guy!

I was just worried you would freak out...and I didn't want to be the one responsible for the first carnage on the Taco!

And that was our fault for leaving you behind. I don't think most of us are used to traveling in a group, we just need to learn to be more alert to everyone else's whereabouts, etc.

Yea...those guys did not appreciate the comments did they?

And your mirror is still intact so what are you complaining about?!?!

Kelly and I left right after you guys and the last that I saw Ben was shutting the door on his truck so I thought he was right behind me...the rest of you took off like a bat out of hell and were gone, I didn't see you after about the first mile of interstate. Kelly and I got to Clancy and stopped to call Ben when he didn't show up right away. Then I had to call Colton (thankfully we were still in cell range) to get you all to stop. God knows how long you would have gone before you realized that you were missing three vehicles from the group. CHECK YOUR REARVIEWS PEOPLE! AND OFTEN! :smack:

I think Bob was in the can and I noticed they weren't behind me as I left...it also made me realize that a CB is definitely going to be one of my next purchases before the next meet-up.

Then you should have stayed stopped when you realized we were MIA...and FYI my phone was on and if my cell goes to voicemail IE no rings it means I'm out of cell coverage ;) There are no towers along that stretch of highway.

CB's would have been good...or at least having those with CB's spaced out in the group a little more - 1st and last. Then the head of the line would be able to keep in touch with the back of the line.

And you only really have to keep track of three trucks...yours, the one directly in front of you and the one directly behind you....

    But I digress....

The weather is looking better tomorrow, I think that I will be spending some quality time with Toy after work and doing a thorough wash and wax session! Colton you're welcome to join me and borrow my driveway for a bit if you'd like. I'm sure your truck is just as bad as mine.
