i ask because that Y-pipe eliminates your rear cats, so at least you'll still have 1 set of cats if you're concerned about that

EDIT: and you shouldn't need the o2 sim from urd too since you still have the fronts in place and the rear sensors are infront of the rear cats

i'd go DT long tubes to DT Y-pipe to a nice cat-back exhaust FTW!

i do not know for sure, but i wondered the same thing when i got my long tubes...

but i believe they test based off the OBD scanner and as long as you have properly working O2 sims in place, you will pass...the fake cats on the Y-pipe are there to appear like you have the rear cats in place for those states who also do visual inspection (which i dont think colorado does that)

one thing i do not know is why they put the sniffer on our tail pipes during the emissions testing and how the trucks will perform on that without cats...

i won't know for sure myself until 2012 i believe is when i'm up next on the emissions

any emissions experts out there care to give us a run down on the testing procedures?

LMAO I think I got my near death experience out early. Ill be good If I dont go out of the boat again. But all 8 of us were out on that one. Maybe once the water slows I may be able to get a few people out. I just dont want to get anyone out there and have them get hurt I would feel bad. Thats good that you are getting time off of the incline keep it up man.
