    Can anyone fill me in on the good trails in South Jersey (if any)? Oh yea, and I saw a beach just north of Atlantic City and there were a bunch of cars parked right on the beach along the water. Does anyone know anything about that beach?

    Awesome. The only piece I am missing now is the gas tank. Will have to call ATO for that. If I were you, I would coat everything in POR15. Stuff is the shiznit! A little pricey but supper durable... not that a rock couldn't rub some off.

    Yes, Just get the POR15 and apply one coat. No need to top coat it with anything. The $45 can will be good for what you need. I found most autobody paint supply, or speed shops sell the stuff. You want to get the "Marine Clean" (to de-grease the metal) and "Prep and Ready" (to etch the metal) as well. Whatever you have left, you can touch up the rusty parts of your frame with. If its exposed to sun light, top coat it with rattle can while it still has tack.

    If you are having trouble finding it, I know two places up here that have it. Let me know, I can pick some up for ya.

    I will deff. call him about those skids. Bud -Built makes the gas tank one and also offers a strap kit for the sport tank.

    but POR15 will never need to be re-coated on the parts that dont get wacked (like the top side). I never have luck with just rattle can lasting a long time. :mad:
