    We have some mountains to hike here on the island but nothing over 2500 ft. I'm looking forward to doing a few 14er's when I get back to reality (Colorado).

    Haha when they do that I just jump pm the equipment and they leave. Last week some "rookie" (you know they are a rookie b/c their form is horrible and they look/stare at everyone else)
    Said to me "if I get in your way just shove me bro your huge and i don't want to be in your way" of course I thanked him and just told him don't stand around ;)

    And they either use really really light weights with almost full finger grip gloves or they use really really heavy weights and get like 2 reps with a spotter and then they are done. 2 reps total for that workout. Also I see a lot of guys just walk around the gym and do random exercises... :notsure:
