Can't say that I have... My steering wheel seems to stay relatively straight however I can say I'm the worlds worst at getting my truck aligned...

Don't think so...although my truck is very alignment sensitive. I haven't gotten my head in there and inspected the rack thoroughly, but steering feels tight and responsive.

Anything turns up, I'll letcha know.

I swear I'm not lying when I say it's close... However being a one man show R&D gets put on the back burner when there are orders to fill. Gotta pay the bills first. Hopefully after I get through this run of bumpers I will have enough time to finish it up.

It looks like my steering rack just doesn't like big tires.

On a side note, I'll sell my shackle flip for 500 if anyone wants :D

Does your truck track straight afterward with just the wheel being cocked? I'm fairly certain that mine is just skipping teeth. I'll go out and my wheel will be cocked after a trip and then on my next trip it'll get knocked back and the wheel will be straight again.

Mine has done it too. It was up in TSF that it happened, bumped a tree stump going around a tight turn and heard 'pop-pop-pop' and after that the wheel was about 30* off center. Alignment sorted it out for me, and havent had the issue recur since that one time.

I usually go with... "The small children are fine but those old ladies really knock it out of alignment.." :D

It's hard to say... as far as actual time working on it I'd say acouple days. However right now it's sitting on the back of the bench while I fill other orders so who knows when I'll get to it again. Hoping within a few weeks but won't guarantee anything.

    Thanks!
