    Just talked to the supplier, he does not recommend installing these in factory fog lights or any lights smaller than 4". He says he's not sure about stock tacoma headlights.

    I wouldn't do 75 watts in the headlights. It's way too bright. It might be pushing it for projectors too.

    Im sure you can, just find the bulb size/type. you will have to drill into the housing to run the wires, most likely.
    Yea, i just put 50w in my headlights and they are daylight

    i just got done installing 55w 6k in my hella black magics 2 months ago and they are bright as fuck!! Im down for some 100w:D:D:D:D:D:D . . . . that is if your "hell" tests hold up! It sounds like a bulb you're gonna replace often and some wires you're gonna fry

    lol how it holds up off road has a lot to do with what kind of housings they are in and how shock absorbent the housings are. The bulbs are rated up to 125w, and if you wire them up correctly (ie use correct gauge wires), the wires shouldnt burn out :thumbsup:

    no wiring problems here, i been an electrician for 6 years now! haha and good point about the housing, the black magics actually have a cage inside of them so the write up about converting lights to hid doesnt exactly work for the black magics! I had to do a few more modifications to them to get them to fit but the silicon i used hardened like concrete so i might not be able to get them out . . . . .

    damn, that sucks u need to use silicon for the Hella since their housings dont allow you to clip the bulbs in. I wish I were an electrician, i was fixing some ghetto electrical tape set up i had with the wiring for the 100w lights and i shocked myself real good, lol, at a meet in front of everyone. it smelled like burned something for a good while, but everything worked fine :confused: maybe it was just my flesh that burned
