Moved the ACOG off the carry handle since after getting some comments and thinking about it, it was a little too high lol.

    Went from:

Nice AR! I like it with the ACOG on the Carrying handle. I have never Shot it like that it might be to high to see but i am not sure. Was it harder to see though on he Handle rather than just on the rail?

Also what lower do you have?

IMO having it on the carry handle was not uncomfortable at all. I havent shot it in this config yet, but i'm pretty sure i'm going to keep it like this for a while. it feels pretty good. I got a few comments about my cheek weld being a little screwed up from the height of the ACOG, when it was on the handle, but i never really had a problem with it. Feels natural both ways IMO.

slide the acog forward enough to get the mbuis on there. as long as you still have a full feild of view on the acog you should be good to go.

I don't believe you will have full FOV if you slide it forward enough for a BUIS. Great thing about ACOGs is that they're durable enough that you really don't need BUIS - they don't need batteries and even if the illumination was to fail you still have a crosshair or chevron for aiming. As long as you have a quality base I wouldn't worry about the BUIS.
