Need ideas for this container

I found this on the side of the road empty. Im trying to figure out what to use it for. Maybe a mobile toolbox since it has foam. Or use it to put my camping supplies in. Any ideas?

Only with my cell phone . No, not really into photography. But it would be a good case for supplies.

Use it to hold yur water pipes... For ya know tabacco.... Or your vaporizer.... For tabacco. J/k the camera idea is good. But other than that maybe sensitive equpiment?

 

With a little trimming, my new stove fits perfectly on top.

We use those cases for shipping very high $$ and fragile aircraft parts and other equipment like computer servers and stuff like that. Those are very very expensive and very nice shipping containers. Nice find. Oh ya that case usually costs about $800.

 

lol we put multi million dollar radar parts in those things.....

 

Trying to find the rightful owner is the best and only thing to do right now. Check with the local authorities where you found it and ask if a report has been made.

How many people have a police record stating that they just "found it"?

As a FedEx guy, and as said above...those things are worth a pretty penny just as the case alone. Pull out the foam and see if there is any other identifying markings under.

You didn't own it up to this point, you wouldn't of bought it to have so give it a shot trying to return it. If no one claims it after your efforts have been exhausted, then Happy New Case Day to you.

You were lucky it wasn't pressurized when you cracked it open.

 

They have small valves on them to equalize the pressure.

 

Was there a heart or liver in it with some ice when you found it?

 

Made some phone calls to some folks I know in the supply department on base. Turns out they were transporting a truckload of these from a sister base and lost a couple along the way. They have been sitting out in the sun for quite some time that's why all the labels are faded. Anyway, they are accounted for and I'm gonna take it back on my way to work today.
