    Hello everyone,
    I have been thinking of either painting my rusty steel wheels or just slapping some wheel covers on them. I don't like to add unnecessary items to my truck, plus they might be a little tacky, but wheel covers would be a simple inexpensive way to brighten up those rusty wheels.

    What do guys think? Take the extra time and paint 'em up or just put some wheel covers on.

    x3. It would look a hell of alot better if you just spend the extra time sanding and painting them. I don't think I have ever seen hub caps on a tacoma lol.

    Well, looks like I'll be painting them. I think I'll just go with the stock silver color. Would you guys recommend removing the wheels to paint them? I thought it would be easier in the long run, plus I could paint that metal cover behind the rear wheels while they're off.

    How did you guys go about painting your wheels?
