What is a good exaust system to get. Im looking for something with some power and horse power as well as a good sound to it.

True dual w/blended Super 40 Flowmaster exhaust, Harsh ride TSB.
I actually just installed a true dual blended super 40 series flowmaster with dump in front of rear axle. It sounds awesome, a little louder than i was expecting. Its mostly quiet at idle but as soon as you touch the pedal its quite loud, i little too loud. i may think about changing from as dump to running tail pipes out the back which should reduce the noise inside the cab.IMAG0009.jpg

    Borla.

    It's what I have so it's what I'd recommend.

The Borla system for these trucks is awesome.. I had it on my 2006 Tacoma and LOVED it. Just haven't gotten around to putting it on this one.... yet

    Flow Master Super 44...its MEAN!!!

And don't look for any power gains or MPG increase because it won't happen...

It'll just sound like it has more power which can be deceiving

If anything your MPG goes down because you mash the pedal cuz you wanna hear the exhaust ahah

Absolutely. Mine is pretty quite idling, but bring it up to 2500-3500 RPMs and it roars nicely.

^This. The super 44 sounds just right IMO, not too loud but still very aggressive.
