    Just had to vent about Pizza Hut! :rolleyes: To me they have the best pizza, but I don't know about the service, or lack of rather. Ordered online from a Pizza Hut Express and the web site showed being ready at 7:56 pm. Drive to pick it up, get there (and I did look at my watch) at 8:00. Pay and order is not ready. No problem, figuring the online thing wasn't going to be accurate. about 5 min. and my pizza is up. Oh wait, where's my wings? Oh, sorry, goes to get them. Comes back and says, oh sorry were out of them. I can give you 2 other types, which would you like? Ok, give the the traditional. Ok, but it will take 10 minutes. WTF??? She ask's if I payed cash? Well I just payed the same girl not 5 minutes ago. :rolleyes: No, it was debit. Oh............so which wings do you want? Cant do a refund because of debit. WTF??? Well we can but it will take 35 days!!! WTF???? again!!!!! Just give me some damn wings!!!! Geese! 10 min. later here comes a guy to the front with the wings.........finally I'm outta here.........wrong! The cashier is on the phone (the rest of the order is in the oven staying warm) so now I cant get my food because she is the only one apparently that is qualified to give me my order. There must have been 20 others walking all over the store. All in all 30 minutes later I leave with my food after my wife that had been waiting in the truck came inside and went redneck on there ass! So we got refunded the wings and a $15 credit towards our next order. Now I'm afraid to order there again. :( Sorry for the long rant, feels good to get it out though.
