When i accelerate in my 03 tacoma a ringing vibration comes from the dash , does anyone have any solutions for this or have had similiar problems?

There is a TSB for it.

Hope this helps. Personally I recommend doing it yourself I know someone who took it to the dealer and they fixed it with rubber gloves.

Is it only when accelerating and/or driving?

I had a slight rattle while driving. To fix it, I bought some rubber bungee cord (1/4” thicc), cut the hooks off and stuff rubber in between my dash and windshield. It’s not a permanent fix but I don’t feel like removing my dash to figure it out.
