Yeah, I am outta town this weekend. I will get some pics when I get home. Basically it has a proprietary Allen wrench with a hole in the middle that depresses a pin. It really is amazing.

Damn Marc, that looks like it'd be a bitch to load. Do you stand on tailgate to hoist that beast up there?

Actually Aaron it is and being 5-10 sure doesn't help......I use a step stool and then stand on the rear tire. I have a routine down now but it is a bit of a delicate dance. Once it's up there however, it is great to have it out of the way leaving the box empty and fully accessible.

As promised, here is a pic of the hitch bolt installed. I'll try to take a whole mess of pics of it tomorrow or in the next few days and post them up here for you guys. I can't recommend it enough.

I have a question for you trail riders, when you see a person out on the trail with a flat tire, if you have the gear do you ever offer some help? I do, or I would, but I have never run into anybody with a flat tire.

I've had a flat a few times now out on the trail (one time I was about 5 miles from the trail head) and no one has ever offered me help, or asked if I need patches. People seem so anti-social now-a-days. The faster they get away from you the better...

The time I got the flat 5 miles away from my truck I ran all the way back, holding the bike upright by the handlebars and rolling next to me. I must have seen atleast 20 people on the way back, no one offered any help (patches or pump).

Those few times that I have gotten flats out on the trail....the one time you forget to pack the patches... every other time I had both hand pump and patches...NO FLATS. HAHA imagine that.

Well I finally got some better tires :) Kenda Nevegals gonna go try them out in a few hours.

I will ask if everything is OK. Most people I've come into contact with have what they need.

Do you Slime your tubes? If I was out on the trail and got a flat, I would be so pissed I would just push the bike and go home, if the only choice was to patch a tube on the trail. Last thing I would want to do is roll around in the dirt fixing a flat. Just use those niffty CO2 pumps and let the Slime do it's thing.

Unless you're talking about pinch flats. If I got one of those, I would hike it to the lake and burry my MT bike at the bottom.
