Yeah I'll throw up some pics when I get home tomorrow. I think I took over 1500 over the whole trip , now I just need to go through them and delete all the blurry/bad ones.

 

What's up guys? It's been a while. I was in Tampa last week Colton, too bad. My overhead compass went out so I'm going to try to fix it tomorrow morning. I hope everybody is having a happy Father's Day especially Ryan. I think he's the only regular that's a dad. I'm sorry if I missed a dad.

It's been kind of crazy these last few weeks. I didn't realize I hadn't been on in so long. I wonder who or what Ryan has been doing.

 

no idea. i think someone was gonna try and get ahold of him but i dont think it happened.

 

June 25th (this saturday) me and my step dad are heading up to crooms if anyone wants to go. Don't really want to start a thread so if you are down just hit me up.

 

heard good things about them. i think all you have to do is pull a c-clip and theballjoint comes out or something like that, which is nice if you ever need to replace one.

The lawns have been growing at full speed since about mid march.

 

assumeing you have the abbility to keep up with all of them, that's awesome. any time to get out on the boat?

 

During the summer I have the time. When school starts I'm going to have to cut back so my dad can handle them. Thankfully they should slow down about 6 weeks into the school year.

I haven't been on my own boat in a few weeks but this Friday I went over to a buddy's place and tried wake boarding and skiing for the first time. I couldn't get up on the wake board but I managed to get up on the first attempt on the skis and stay up for a while. I picked up a set of skis to use on my boat today. Do you ski or stick to wake boarding?

 

ver cool! what i've found when teaching people to ski and board is that skiing is easier to learn but take more work (physically) to do. wakeboarding is more about the technique than strength as far as getting up. if you get up correctly, you'll be able to hold on to the line with two fingers.

I haven't used two skis in years, but i love slalom skiing. you get a nice rush doing 50 on a 6 inch wide piece of plastic. and it's always fun to crank a turn and throw up a massive wall of water.

I want to learn how to slalom as well, it looks and sounds like a ton of fun.

Since wakeboaring is more about technique than strength getting up that means that my technique was WAY off because all I managed to do was plow water until I couldn't hold on any more.

I'll still be in Jax the weekend you are coming down. If you want to stop by on your way down we could probably take the boat out that weekend and you could show us all up on the skis.

 

Yeah, i'll let you know exactly when i'll be coming down once i find out(somewhere around the 6th of august)

i'll have my dad's boat down in the spring too, so if you ever get some time off come over to the east coast and i have a couple boards and a wake-surfer you can try your hand at.
