It clears the diff drop, but not the diff it's self. Had to remove it but the cv angles are fine.

Damn you guys are going to town on these trucks. Can't wait to see them. Thanks for the invite to the BBQ Eddie. Unfortunately I was doing yardwork all day and didn't see the post until last night when it was too late.

I'm kicking around the AAL's and jacking the 5100's up to 2.5 and adding wheel spacers. Only concern is I've been PM'ing with a regular cab owner and he ran into some driveline vibrations after doing it. Don't want to start causing a problem. Of course if I do that then I'll probably want to go for some 33" M/T's and new wheels and then I'll want to regear. Oh the list.lol We'll see especially being we're thinking of starting our family soon and then I know the money will be gone!

I really dont think its going to be on carfax or a salvage title, they simply are refusing to continue to do work on it because they feel I have used it innapropriately.
It wouldnt have mattered if I had gone to a different dealer, I called customer service because the "expert" from the company that pays warranty claims decided I had submerged the transfercase. If I had taken it to a different dealer they would have just gotten the same information that I got when I called customer service.
I havent tried the 4wd but the light on the dash hasnt gone on.

    Ha, yea funny

did you loosen the straps? he said you need to loosen them up real good so you can move it around. And yea.. there werent any bolts on it for the cross member.. let me know what he says about that. I'll need to make sure I get mine when craig brings my skid up

yea mine cleared right there, but the diff it's self was in the way of the skid sitting properly. Definitely loosen up the straps so you can move them around, and make sure the bolts are loose too, you'll need some wiggle room

not sure still....i knew the master brake cylinder needed to be replaced...so i did that...filled her up with brake fluid...and proceeded in bleeding the brakes...first issue i had was NO fluid was coming out of the passenger side front. fluid came out of all the others but that one...so i started using a brake pump on it...after a WHILE (guessing something was clogged pretty hard core) it finally came threw...now all four corners are able to be bleed. I started the process all over again....this time with the pump to make sure if there was any more air in the lines i got it out...so i did all four corners...and there is still next to NO pressure in the brake pedal.

i have tried this process both without the pump and with the pump. when i have tried it without the pump when the pedal is pressed there is plenty of fluid that comes out....sooo yea.

No idea....i was hoping to grab a mechanic or someone who can trouble shoot to figure it out...thats all she needs to get out on the trails...

this was the night i got it

That'll be a great trail rig. When you say no pressure, do you mean you're not getting fluid out or the pedals going right to the ground? Being you've replaced you master cylinder, I would say really the only thing left would be either a crimped line somewhere along where they're steel or maybe one of your flexible hose lines (near the calipers) has a burr in it. When that happens it creates almost a check valve effect (fluid can only flow in one direction).

    Hey Guy's,

Anyone interested on swapping 4.56 with 4.10 ??? with e-locker in the back.
I just installed the new gear and I am not that happy with the highway rpm.
It is good for power but I am doing mostly highway and would like a lower rpm at 65 mph. With my 33" ,, With the 4.10 would get it back to factory set up
The 4.56 would be a good deal for someone with 4 cyl and bigger tires.
