    Welcome!!

Compare prices of the used ones versus the new ones.

Sometimes you can bargain to get a new truck for not much more than the used ones are going for.

Broken and scratched tailgate, cracked rear tail light lens, coffee stain in driver seat.
You might want to reconsider, a couple of my friends found themselves in the same predicament, bought access cabs and two years later wished they had bought the four doors. Pony up, take the extra hit and never look back.

Yeah, that's what I was about to say. The access cab with a baby seat will be good for 4 years at the most. Consider how long you want to hold on to this. I got a double cab to be able to cart the kids around.

I had also looked around at used tacomas and it seemed a two year old with average mileage was only about 2-3K less than new. I went in and got a deal on an 07 that had been sitting on the lot too long. Johnson's deal is much better than any used I could find. I'm really impressed at how well tacos hold their value.

    Contemplating all options for upgrades.
If you have Kids or more than two friends you will definitely want to go with the Crew Cab.

Well, in that case, you should probably go for the access cab. Different strokes for different folks. I'm 37 and have had 6 vehicles. This Taco is the first one I bought new.

not to brag but i may be on track to pass you by. i started driving when i was almost 18, i'm 21 now, so almost exactly 4 years has gone by. so far i'm at ..i have to list them hang on...(watch the way the quality of the cars progress as i get better jobs lol).. 89 escort, 91 escort gt, 94 talon, 98 cavalier, 2003 WRX, 96 cobra (still miss it), 95 dakota (got it for 2k, cobra burnt up so i needed something quick), and then my 07 tacoma now. so 8 vehicles so far, and only one street bike but i did have an 06 quad too that i sold earlier this year...by the time i hit 26 i shouldve owned about 20 vehicles at this rate :D longest i've ever had a car was exactly one year, down to the day and hour

I held on to my last truck for 14 years, I've only been married once; 15 damn good years, and I have a pair of hiking boots that are 25 yrs old.
