    I see you discovered this. I was going to say the same thing after I browsed all these food posts. I think you can take most any cut of beef and cook it long enough on low it will fall apart. As long as the liquid doesn't run dry in the bottom of the crockpot.

    However, another thing I notice is it still needs to be a well flavored cut to begin with. I have made roasts that were "fall apart" tender but the strands of the meat were about as tasty as dental floss.

    Yeah I have also had some cuts of meat where it wasnt very flavorful even with all the other veggies and spices it marinates in. That last roast I cooked was a rump roast I believe so it still had good amounts of fat in it for more flavor. I used to cut most of the fat out before i put in the slow cooker but I just leave it all in now and trim it off after its cooked for the most part.:cool:

    Thanks, I should have taken a pic of all the chicken I did, it ended up being about 30 lb of honey,terriyake, ginger done on the grill. It was great!!! Plus about 10 lb of london broil. Noone left hungry.

    well... if you insist. this pic isn't the final product, but i made burnt ends on fathers day. smoked a brisket using applewood and a rub - then cooked it in a sauce for a few hours.

    Hey thanks man. Yeah next to working on my truck and upgrading it would be cooking. My second favorite thing to do. O ya and buy the way HAPPY DAY OF BIRTH MAN! rage all night :headbang: :cheers:
