    i didn't bother to read over all that law but i got the feeling it mean "forum" in the old sense of the term, such as a town hall, or capitol building, or some other type of public gathering place, not internet forums. censoring internet forums ins unconstitutional (unless of course you are censoring illegal content such as kid porn or something, then its constitutional)

    I saw one of those cop shows where a guy with hanging pants was shot while running. He was running from the police, rounded a corner when his pants started falling down. He grabbed his pants to pull them up and a cop in his path thought he was reaching for a weapon.

    I'm wondering when the fad is going to die. It's been around since the late 80s. Don't kids rebel against their parents' fashions anymore?

    i have told a guy to pull up his pants before...and threatened to take him to jail if he didnt

    he started to refuse until i stepped towards him

    his were so low that i could actually see leg BETWEEN the bottom of his boxers and his belt loops of his jeans

    he was around a bunch of kids (no doubt at least 1 his) and i told him i was going to arrest him for indecent exposure
