6'' lift question

    Mods so far: Tube steps from toyota, Bed extender from toyota, Spare Tire lock, Sound System Makeover, Tacoma All-Weather heavy duty rubber floor mats. Rear TSB, Icon Coilovers w/ TC UCA's and 3inch rear block with rear 5100 bilstein shocks, Black Headlights, Grillcraft black grill, Devil Horns from Andres, Black Headlights, Chrome Liquid Metal Gatlins Wheels, 285/70R17 Nitto Tera Grapplers, Wet Okole Seat Covers! Seat Belt Chime Mod, Flowmaster 50 series dual exhaust, Debadged tailgate, TRD Decals, HID hi/low + fogs.
    Can anyone tell me that for those that have a 6'' lift by fab tech or procomp if they needed to buy UCA's or does the lift kit come with new ones? Or are new UCA's needed like total chaos. I put a 3'' lift on my truck and am thinking about getting the total chaos UCAs however if I decide to upgrade my lift down the road I do not want to have the $650 from the total chaos UCAs go to waste.

    The TC UCAs are good enough quality that you'd probably be able to sell them for a good chunk of change, but I think the 6" lifts maintain the factory suspension geometry. So, the TC UCAs would give you too much caster. You'd have to take them off.

    Somebody, correct me if I'm wrong...

    hey I got a question for you. Did you do a differential drop when u did your lift?

    My left front side had an overhanging piece of metal below the differential arm. I had to take off the arm and grind it down to install mine it was such a pain in the ass. Everyone said 10minutes to install well not for me LOL

    Yeah, I installed the diff drop. Once I figured out where to put the spacers :)o) it only took me about 10 minutes...

    Did you get any pictures of what you had to grind down? Mine went in just fine...

    no I didnt take any but it was the arm the helps to hold on the front bumper located under the skit plate.

    I am 100% sure I put the spacers in the right spot LOL
