my only question... according to police reports they say they are unsure if Ryan Dunn was the passenger or driver...

If the remains are that bad they cant tell if he was the passenger or driver, how do they know it was him at all???

True, for all we know he could be on the roof of a hotel in Las Vegas if they haven't verified the bodies..

Shit happens I guess. I met him a couple times at CKY show's in Jersey. Pretty down to earth guy, but didn't know his limit. It sucks he died, but classic example of time and place. RIP man.

Not trying to be a dick, but I don't understand why people use parenting as an excuse to rally against shows/people like this (my parents did too). This parenting dilemma has been around forever...if you don't want to deal with it then don't have kids. I plan on spending my money on my truck and traveling the world instead of diapers and school supplies.

Do you think people would think of him as a legend if he killed a mini van with a family in it??

Absolutley not. I'm not saying he is a legend; and drinking and driving is pretty messed up. But at the same time if I had kids I wouldn't hide behind them and complain about how Ryan Dunn became famous for doing stupid stunts because I don't want my kids watching his show.

I'll be the first to admit that I watched Jackass and laughed my ass off, but I'm not going to try any of those stunts.
