    Tax dollars? Huh?
Regarding proving things, a defective product that causes vibration is abnormal by definition. Clearly there is a problem and clearly Toyota can issue a fix. That's the crux of the suit.
Arbitration can be negotiated and be profitable and/or address the problem so that you benefit (with a fix, with some reimbursement, etc) but in a class action, we'd need a united front.

How many trips to a dealer does it take to fix a vibe?
Eventually the only way to make a corporation listen is to point to their wallet...and then they'll listen.
The intent is to initiate momentum, to get Toyota to listen since clearly they aren't.

Exactly a single person would benifit after the cost of everyone else! Toyota will have to pass the cost of fighting the suit directly down to their customers. The court system runs off our tax dollars! Theres not some money tree sitting in a grow house in DC. Why waste the money just for some simple coin? WASTE:mad:

There are countless threads on TW, other sites, even a giant string on Edmunds, etc all documenting the issue and frustrations of Tacoma owners and the complete lack of cooperation and resolution from Toyota.
I was willing to assist using some connections and my own personal experience and help you all find a solution.
    That is all.

Yes I bought a truck because I thought it would be exactly like my 335i.
No. I bought a truck and it vibrates throughout it's entire speed range, something MANY people experience and have had no luck with getting Toyota to assist with.
Listen I'm not the only one with the problem.
It's viral all over the web, they tried to fix it with a TSB, and there is nothing Toyota is doing to resolve the issue. If that's what you expect from your purchase, fine.
Thank you to the few who wished me luck, but class actions only work when there is a majority consensu, not a mutiny.
I appreciate everyone's honesty and feedback though and wish you luck with your vehicles.

Sadly most Toyota owners are more than happy to drive around a turd. They make excuses for the poor quality and happily take it in the ass. I was surprised myself to see how low the stadards of Toyota owners are when I had issues with my windshield. Toyota owners remind me of a battered woman, they will get the shit kicked out of them but then say oh it was my fault. Sad but true. Good luck getting your problem fixed with Toyota especially now that the motherland was wiped out.

I dont have any vibes myself at least not yet. After paying to get my windshield fixed by a private company I'm keeping my fingers crossed My truck will live a long happy trouble free life because I know if it has a problem Toyota will not fix it.

This is why other countries don't like americans, too many americans are "nit-picky" about every little thing. You really think its worth all the BS with lawyers and building up complaints and all that junk because of a tiny little wobble in the trucks drive train? You have metal parts and pieces spinning at X rpm's....its going to vibrate a little...if you want precision, state of the art; go spend $250K on a Ferrari...
